Nicholas & Co. Surveyors to Be Responsible for the Mentorship of New Surveying Talent After Recent JLL Contract Win

Nicholas & Co. Surveyors has been awarded a contract by Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) to help train APC surveying candidates in their valuation competency. Using their significant surveying expertise and knowledge, Nicholas & Co. Surveyors will be responsible for giving candidates real and valuable experiences in preparation for their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) exams.
At current, Nicholas & Co. Surveyors will be responsible for training two selected candidates who will be working between 1-2 days a week at head office. The training program will allow the two candidates to gain practical experience and learn under the mentorship of skilled and respected surveying professionals.
Nicholas Zorpides, Director and Chartered Surveyor at Nicholas & Co. Surveyors, highlighted his enthusiasm for the training program: “During my time at JLL, I was fortunate to undergo a secondment within the West End Retail Valuations team to gain the relevant experience, and I had initiated a training program for non-graduate candidates to develop the right experience required for the APC. This collaboration is in line with that vision, and I am happy to now play a part in the professional development of future surveying talent by providing a structured platform for education and practical experience within the industry whilst also raising funds for our charitable campaigns”.
Nicholas is keen to contribute to the professional growth of individuals within the surveying industry.
Payment received as part of this contract will be donated to charitable causes, such as AlexanderCare Foundation - a not-for-profit organisation that cares for and assists families in supporting their children with special needs and disabilities.
