Purpose & What We Did

We were appointed by an overseas client to conduct a comprehensive building survey and market valuation for a luxury property in London. The client, looking to make a prime real estate investment, sorts our expertise to ensure the property's condition and value align with their investment goals. 

The primary purpose was to provide the client with a thorough understanding of the property's condition and an accurate market valuation. The building survey aimed to identify any existing or potential issues that could affect the property's value or require significant investment. 

We conducted an extensive on-site inspection of the property, covering all structural elements, internal and external finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, and any visible defects. 

Our Market Valuation involved analysing recent sales for similar luxury properties in the area, current market trends, and the property's unique features.

Outcome

Our comprehensive building survey and market valuation provided the client with critical insights into the property's condition and market position. Based on our findings, the client was able to make an informed decision to proceed with the investment. The comprehensive report and valuation also equipped the client with valuable information for future negotiations and financial planning.
