Purpose & What We Did

We were appointed by East Anglia RFCA to conduct a Building Survey to create a detailed and comprehensive inspection of the property's condition and structure.

At Nicholas & Co. Surveyors, we pride ourselves on delivering thorough and precise building surveys in London, the South East, and beyond. For East Anglia RFCA, we began with an initial consultation to understand their specific needs and objectives. This allowed us to tailor our inspection and reporting to meet their precise requirements.

Our team of experienced surveyors conducted an on-site visit to meticulously inspect the property's condition and structure. During this inspection, we examined every aspect of the building, including its foundation, walls and roof. Our comprehensive approach ensured that no detail was overlooked.

Following the site visit, we provided a detailed report of the property's condition, highlighting any defects and outlining necessary repairs and maintenance requirements. This report included a schedule of works, offering specific details and repair requirements identified during our inspection. Additionally, we provided a breakdown of costings, giving East Anglia RFCA a clear understanding of the financial implications of the recommended works.

Our expertise in conducting building surveys ensured that East Anglia RFCA received a thorough and accurate assessment of the property. This detailed information empowered them to make informed decisions regarding repairs and maintenance, ensuring the property's longevity and compliance with all relevant standards.

Outcome

We provided East Anglia RFCA with a detailed analysis of the property's condition and a comprehensive schedule of works. This allowed the owners to make informed decisions about their property strategy and maintenance program going forward. Our thorough assessment highlighted critical areas requiring immediate attention, as well as long-term maintenance needs, enabling East Anglia RFCA to prioritise and budget effectively.

As a result, the organisation could implement a strategic approach to property management, ensuring the longevity and safety of the building. Our detailed breakdown of costings also provided clarity on financial planning, supporting East Anglia RFCA in allocating resources efficiently. This successful outcome reinforced our commitment to delivering high-quality building surveys that empower property owners to make well-informed decisions.
