At Nicholas & Co Surveyors, we take a responsible view on recycling and energy reduction. Nicholas & Co Surveyors’s sustainability program is a business and partner-wide commitment to protecting our planet. From local and grassroots initiatives to ensure we decrease our impact on the environment. E-newsletters and community events that encourage recycling and everyday adjustments, Nicholas & Co Surveyors is constantly looking for new ways to reduce our environmental footprint, educate our team, and give back to the communities in which we work.

Going paperless

As one of Nicholas & Co Surveyors’s central goals are to drastically reduce paper consumption by hosting green meetings and marketing events. We do not print reports, proposals, invoices, contracts or designs unless absolutely required. The change saved tens of thousands of pages. Nicholas & Co Surveyors have cut paper consumption by about 95% since 2011 simply by converting paper participant guides to event apps.

Getting power down

If you add up mobile phones, printers, laptops, cameras, monitors, power strips, and lighting every day, you get ….. well, an awful lot of energy usage. Simply by being more conscientious about turning off electronics and computer monitors at the end of the day. Just by thinking THE ENVIRONMENT FIRST.
